Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your RV needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment - Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that RVers have unique needs, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for most items within 15 days of delivery. Please inspect all RV parts immediately upon arrival, especially critical components like brake & hub parts, electrical systems, and gas accessories.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return (Within 15 Days)
Contact our RV specialists by email at [email protected] or call (414) 555-0198 (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM CST). Include:- Your order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if the item is damaged
- Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Special handling requirements for RV-specific items
- Package and Ship
- Repackage items securely in original packaging when possible
- Include all manuals and accessories
- Clearly mark your RMA number on the package

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- Refund Method:
- Credit card/PayPal: Refunded to original payment method (5-10 business days to appear)
- Bank transfer: For alternative payment methods (additional processing time may apply)
Exchange Information
- Exchanges processed once we receive your return
- We’ll notify you when replacement items ship
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original item was defective
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gas system components (once installed or used)
- Electrical items with cut or modified wiring
- Custom-cut floor matting
- Opened packages of hoses & filters
- Any item showing signs of installation or use
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect RV parts:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded
- Allow additional time for international returns processing
