What types of RV products do you specialize in?
We specialize in all essential RV components and accessories including:

Are your products compatible with all RV models?
Most of our products are designed to be universally compatible, but we always recommend checking product specifications or contacting our RV experts at [email protected] if you have specific compatibility questions about your make and model.
Do you offer installation guides with your products?
Yes! Many of our products come with detailed installation instructions. For complex electrical systems or brake components, we recommend professional installation unless you’re an experienced DIYer.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive instructions to reset your password within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping options tailored for RVers:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on customs processing.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
What if I need my order urgently?
For urgent orders, we recommend selecting our Standard Shipping option. While we process all orders within 1-2 business days, expedited shipping isn’t currently available for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize for any inconvenience! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
